Project Breadbasket (2010-2012)
A flagship initiative designed to transfer successful conservation agriculture and smallholder farming practices from Brazil to Africa. The project connected researchers, farmers, and institutions in six African countries with Brazilian experts to improve soil fertility, increase productivity, and strengthen food security for more than 400,000 smallholder farmers
Cornucopia Project (2002-2009)
A sustainable agriculture and rural enterprise initiative focused on establishing high-value agricultural commercial chains by integrating renewable energy technologies, water systems, financing, farmer organization development, and market access.
Public Art and Cultural Initiatives (2007-present)
The Foundation supports public art and cultural projects, particularly in New York City, to promote civic engagement, historical awareness, and community development.
