Who We Are
 Our Heritage: The list of Fiorello LaGuardia's accomplishments in his forty-six years of public service has filled volumes. It seems that there was no area of public policy and administration on which he did not leave his indelible mark. We at the LaGuardia Foundation (LGF) seek to honor and perpetuate three specific aspects of that distinguished public life. For Fiorello's life and chronology, please click here.
Our Funders: Since its establishment in 2001, the LaGuardia Foundation has benefited from the support of various government agencies and non-profit organizations in Italy and other European countries, as well as local funders and banks in countries where LGF’s projects are located: Brazil and China. Our Branch Offices: Taking a global approach, the LaGuardia Foundation set up branch offices in both Italy and Brazil at the very beginning of its establishment. In this way, LGF is able to remain committed to strengthening ties between Italy and New York to promote equitable economic development in developing countries.
Our Board: The Board of Directors of the LGF is comprised of 6 members. Patrick J. D’Addario is serving as both a board member and the President of the Foundation. The board members are:
